Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Our return conditions depend on the type of product purchased.

Standard Products

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for uninflated balloons, DIY balloon kits, non-personalised party decorations and other standard products.

Please contact us before returning an item. Products must be unused, uninflated where applicable, and returned in their original condition and packaging with all components included. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Custom and Inflated Products

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted for fully inflated balloons, finished balloon arrangements, personalised products, custom products or made-to-order items.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at whyknotballoons@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
