HOW TO USE
Inflate each balloon gently with air using a handheld balloon pump.
Do not overinflate.
Rub the outside of the balloon gently with a soft, dry cloth to create static.
Slowly rotate the balloon to help the confetti cling to the sides.
Hang, tape or arrange the balloons around your party backdrop or table.
A balloon pump is recommended and is not included.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon receipt. Please contact WhyKnotBalloons if you would like to arrange a return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, uninflated and in their original condition and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly with clear photos. This policy does not limit rights required under Australian Consumer Law.
