INFLATION
Inflate gently with air through the balloon’s inflation valve.
Do not overinflate. Stop once the balloon is evenly shaped and firm but still has a little flexibility around the seams.
These balloons are intended as air-filled standing decorations. Do not rely on helium to create the standing display.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Available for Australia-wide postage. Please note that the product is supplied un-inflated and requires inflation.

Keep away from heaters and other sources of heat.
Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.
Keep balloons away from pets.
Avoid leaving fully inflated balloons in a hot vehicle for extended periods.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon receipt. Please contact WhyKnotBalloons if you would like to arrange a return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, uninflated and in their original condition and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly with clear photos. This policy does not limit rights required under Australian Consumer Law.
