Perth metro delivery and selected Australian East Coast courier delivery may be available for suitable dates and locations. Please contact us before ordering if your event is urgent or if the sculpture needs to travel outside Perth.

As this is a fully inflated balloon product, courier delivery depends on timing, weather, packaging requirements and careful handling in transit.

Balloon Care

• Keep the sculpture indoors in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid heat, direct sunlight, wind, sharp objects, rough surfaces and rough handling.
• Do not leave the balloons in a hot car.
• Young children must be supervised at all times.
• Uninflated or broken balloons can present a choking hazard and should be discarded immediately.
• Balloons naturally change over time, so we recommend scheduling pickup or delivery as close as practical to the event time.

Returns & Exchanges

This product is handmade to order for a selected date, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
