Pickup & Delivery

Perth local pickup is available by appointment.

Selected Australian East Coast express delivery may be available for suitable dates and locations. Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside Perth.

Inflated balloon products are delicate. Event timing, weather and transit handling may affect their suitability for delivery.

• Keep balloons indoors at room temperature.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects, rough surfaces and pets.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Do not leave balloons in a hot car.
• Balloons naturally soften or shrink over time. For the best presentation, arrange pickup or delivery as close to your event as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

As this item is handmade to order and supplied inflated for a specific event date, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
