Balloons are sent flat and uninflated. Inflate gently with air or helium.
For wall displays, table styling, balloon corners or DIY Halloween setups, air filling is usually the easiest option. If using helium, float time may vary depending on temperature, handling and inflation method.
Please do not overinflate.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon receipt. Please contact WhyKnotBalloons if you would like to arrange a return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, uninflated and in their original condition and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly with clear photos.
