PICKUP and DELIVERY
Perth local pickup is available by appointment only. Selected Australian East Coast express delivery may be available for suitable locations and dates; please message before ordering if the bouquet needs to travel outside Perth. Because this is a fully inflated balloon product, long-distance delivery depends on timing, weather and courier handling.

Do not leave the bouquet in a hot car.
Balloons naturally change over time, so we recommend pickup or delivery as close as practical to the event or gifting time.

This product is handmade to order for a selected date, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos. This does not limit rights required under Australian Consumer Law.
