The DIY kit is supplied flat/uninflated and packaged for Australia-wide postage and the fully inflated and assembled option is available for Perth local pickup.

DIY Kit: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon receipt. Please contact WhyKnotBalloons if you would like to arrange a return or exchange. Returned items must be unused, uninflated and in their original condition and packaging.
Grab-and-go piece: This product is handmade to order for a selected date, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos.
